How to prepare Pizza without oven
You can prepare pizza without an oven by using a stove-top or a grill. Here is a recipe for stove-top pizza:
Ingredients:
1 lb pizza dough
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice (such as pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
Instructions:
- Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness and place it in the skillet or pan.
- Spread tomato sauce over the dough and add your desired toppings.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
- Cover the skillet or pan with a lid or foil and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the lid or foil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Note:
If you want to use a grill, you can roll out your dough and place it on a greased aluminum foil and put it on the grill for about 8-10 minutes or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown, then add the tomato sauce, cheese, and toppings, and put the foil back on the grill for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
You can also use a stove-top pizza pan, which is a pan specifically designed for making pizza without an oven, it has a lid that covers the pan and cooks the pizza evenly.
