Chicken Pizza recipe without Oven at Home
Here is a recipe for a delicious chicken pizza that can be made without an oven at home:
Ingredients:
1 lb pizza dough
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs such as basil or oregano (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness and place it in the skillet or pan.
- In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, red onions, and bell peppers and cook until they are softened.
- Spread tomato sauce over the dough and then add the cooked vegetables, shredded chicken and shredded cheese on top of the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and add some fresh herbs if desired.
- Cover the skillet or pan with a lid or foil and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the lid or foil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Note:
You can add more or less of the ingredients according to your taste, you can also add other ingredients such as mushrooms, olives, or any other veggies you like.
